At Dan Customify, we pride ourselves on speed and reliability. Depending on the product and your location, you can typically expect your personalized gift to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We provide a tracking number after your order is placed, so you can monitor the progress of your gift.

Most of our products are crafted in the USA, ensuring top-notch quality and swift delivery. We are also expanding our network to include suppliers from around the world to offer you a wider range of affordable, high-quality products. We are committed to transparency, and the origin of each product is clearly marked on its detail page. Look for labels like "Shipping from China" to know the product's manufacturing and shipping location.

Custom gifting should never feel stressful. If you change your mind for any reason before your design goes into production, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. We also pack our glass jars like they're made of gold, but mail carriers can be rough. If your candle shows up melted, cracked, or scratched, just send us a photo and we'll either ship a free replacement or issue a full refund right away. No return shipping. No runaround.
